The safest way of driving.
Perfect pressure for your tyres.
With over 60 years experience and 50 million valves produced every year, Wonder is a European leader in the OEM market.
Our valves comply with the requirements of the major international standards (ISO, ETRTO, T&RA, DIN, SAE, JIS).
The advantages of TPMS
- Maximum safety in all driving conditions
- Optimum pressure at all times, ensuring reduced emissions and lower fuel consumption
- Better brake performance of the tyre
- Constant monitoring of the pressure and internal temperature of tyres
- Remote control of the entire fleet of vehicles through dedicated software
- Storing of recommended pressures by means of dedicated TPMS tools
Raw Materials
Wonder uses only materials of the highest quality and of certified provenance.
Wonder valves are designed, assembled and tested in the production unit in Cremona (Italy) in compliance with the ISO/TS 16949 certification system.
Evolved Design
The TPMS valves by Wonder help reduce the risk of damage during mounting and disassembly of the tyre as they are specially designed to best fit the shape of the rim, and it is possible to adapt the position of the sensor to the specific type.
Practicality and durability
The valve head is in the shape of a polygon to facilitate mounting of the sensor, while the fixing screw ensures extraordinary resistance over time thanks to the materials and improved design.
Exceptional airtlightness
Wonder’s experience in truck valves lies at the heart of the exceptionally airtight system based on grommets and o-rings.
Identification system
Each valve has an external identification system, consisting of a coloured o-ring or circumferential grooves indicating the presence of the TPMS sensor, as required in the ETRTO manual.
The TPMS valves by Wonder are developed in partnership with OEM Truck and mounted in the first equipment by Daimler on steel and aluminium rims.
Wonder Quality
Wonder performs in its internal laboratories all the tests required by the international standards on the quality and safety of valves.
- Anti-corrosion testing (weather resistance is tested in climatic rooms)
- Mechanical testing of mounting and burst resistance
- Testing of resistance to dynamic stress in combination with thermal stress
- Testing of airtightness in relation to temperature variation and further to combined temperature/humidity cycles
- Ozone resistance testing
- Air flow testing
- Dimensional testing on metal and rubber
Each Wonder valve is inspected individually before shipment to check the appearance, airtightness and positioning of each component.
