APPROVED MODEL
In addition to the tests carried out in the Wonder laboratories, we have really strived for and successfully obtained approval and validation from accredited European laboratories. This allows us to boast approval according to the EN 12645:2014 standard and the French NF R 63-302 standard, with the LNE - 37300 certificate of conformity.
FIELD-TESTED
There was not yet a tool capable of combining all these characteristics: this is why we chose to develop it, with the aim of giving a helping hand to industry professionals. Development lasted two years, with the involvement of those directly involved: tyre dealers.
At their warehouses, yards and workshops, we put our prototypes to the test, in both summer and winter conditions, gathering valuable first-hand feedback, opinions and information.

Two years of development with one goal in mind: to offer industry professionals the new professional product they deserve.
Designing and producing INFLATOR DIGITAL in our factory in Cremona (Italy) was a conscious choice, guaranteeing the reliability that makes us stand out. The search for quality components of certified origin was our guide when it came to choosing suppliers, all Italian.
We also oversaw the electronics project directly, to evaluate its quality by guaranteeing checks and tests on every single board, assembled in Italy.
Production makes use of the most advanced technology, combined with the experience and dexterity of our specialist staff, who already produce all our analogue inflator gauges, guaranteeing their proven quality.
We didn’t stop there though: development of the software and product set-up were possible thanks to the contribution of industry professionals, who gave us their opinion and their requests. This enabled us to come up with an optimised product, created according to the actual needs of users.
A long but necessary path, to better serve all those customers who place their utmost trust in us.

The perfect integration between the various components offers a high level of protection from dust and water, making it possible to take and pass the test for obtaining the IP 55 rating, even higher than that required by the EN 12645:2014 standard.

USE IT CORRECTLY
- Not suitable for inflation or pressure control of water-ballasted tyres or tyres containing anti-puncture products.
- Avoid contact with solvents and hydrocarbons.
- Periodically check the correct operation of the compressor air filter. We recommend that you drain the condensation from the upstream pressure network every 3-4 days.
IMPORTANT
During the inflation phase, to prevent pressure levels that are too high from damaging the instrument, the measuring system is automatically excluded. Once the handle or discharge valve is released, the pressure from the tyre will activate the gauge again.
We recommend that you inflate the tyre by introducing the air in progressive bursts, alternating the pressure phase on the handle (inflation) with the release phase (reading) frequently, until the desired value is reached.
